Tough Cookie collect very little data about you. Whenever we do collect data, it is to further our mission of getting us closer to a world in which everyone has the mental health resilience to cope with a challenging life and thrive.

We use minimal cookies on our website, just to get anonymous data about which parts of the world people are visiting our website from, whether you have found us via Facebook or other social media/ websites, whether you’ve visited before and a bit about which buttons you clicked on our website. You can learn more about cookies at allaboutcookies.org.
This helps us in understanding who is already interested in us, why, who we might be able to reach better and how we could improve our website or services for you. This is handled by WordPress, who have further documentation about how their cookies work and the legalities around that.
  2. Trainings
    1. We don’t collect any information about you other than that which you choose to give us.
  3. Zoom recordings
    1. Sometimes our trainings are delivered over Zoom, and to assess our trainers and help them improve they may record the video call. If this is the case, you would of course be notified of this and the recording stored securely on Zoom’s servers or Google Drive.
  4. Survey Monkey
    1. We only receive the personal information about you that you choose to provide in any kind of survey. We only use this information to make our our company more effective at delivering mental health resilience training that transforms people’s lives for the better.

We’ll never give to anyone your personally identifiable information without your consent; not for love nor money.

Storage

We will delete your data as soon as we’ve finished using it and until that time it’s stored securely on Google Drive; or via secure email between our staff only where absolutely necessary.

Your data is shared amongst our team on a need to know basis. In reality this is most commonly trainers being sent details of training participants; usually just your name. Occasionally email address too.
